How to Book


The first step is to check availability using the enquiry form here, or at the top right hand side of this page. Once we have confirmed the dates you have requested are available, you can fill out our health questionnaire below. This is so we can make sure there are no health issues that might affect your chosen detox programme.

You can then fill out our booking form to reserve your chosen dates at the Retreat. We will need a 50 percent down-payment to secure your place. An invoice for the balance will be emailed to you seven days prior to your stay.

If you are going to land in Bali after 12.00 midday then we suggest that you stay local or half way (Ubud) to the retreat and arrange transport to us early the following day. We are a three hour trip from the airport through the spectacular Bali landscape.  This journey is best made in daylight and you will be able to start your programme as soon as you arrive at the retreat the following morning. We do not promote any one hotel as there are so many to choose from. Transfers from your hotel are inclusive for 7 day + retreats.

We ask all guests to vacate their villas by midday and arriving clients will have access as soon as possible. The retreat has plenty of facilities for you to enjoy prior to you entering your villa.

 Our bank account details can be found on our booking form. Please note that we only accept international transfers in US Dollars.

Your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months if you want to enter Bali.

Cancellation Policy

1.      Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night of the total cost plus the bank transfer fee.

2.      Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total cost plus the bank transfer fee.

3.      Cancellations received 15 to 7 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost plus the bank transfer fee.

4.      Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to, or on arrival date, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full length of stay or total room nights originally reserved.

    • Hi Jody,
      The quickest way to establish availability at the retreat is to use the enquiry form that is on the left hand side of every page. This form goes straight to the booking co-ordinator at the retreat.

  2. Hi- my sister and I are interested in coming to stay from Dec 28- jan 4- give or take a few days each side. We are interested in doing the 7day detox if there are any programs running during that time?
